How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 30-day free trial of the full Core feature set, no credit card required. When the trial ends, pick a plan and add a card to keep full access. Your data is retained either way.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Every plan is billed per seat. Core includes up to 5 seats, Team up to 10, and Enterprise up to 20. AI capacity and storage scale per seat. Need more than 20 seats? Talk to sales for a custom Enterprise plan.
Do supplier portal users count as seats?
No. Supplier portal users are external collaborators and do not count toward your seat limit. Only internal team members require a seat.
What does Enterprise include beyond Team?
Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, ERP/QMS integrations, custom questionnaire templates, custom scorecard metrics, white-label documents and a custom portal domain, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and an SLA.
