Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing period.
What happens when I hit a usage limit?
Free and Starter plans have hard limits - you will be prompted to upgrade. Professional and Expert plans show upgrade suggestions but let you continue until the cap. Enterprise limits are per-seat and can be negotiated.
Do supplier portal users count as seats?
No. Supplier portal users are external collaborators and do not count toward your seat limit. Only internal team members require a seat.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan lets you evaluate the platform with no time limit. When you are ready for more capacity, upgrade to any paid plan - no long-term contract required.
What does Enterprise include beyond Expert?
Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, ERP/QMS integrations, custom questionnaire templates, custom scorecard metrics, white-label portal branding, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and an SLA. Contact sales for pricing.
